Jamie's approach to functional nutrition is warm, evidence-based, and integrative. She practices from a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and Health At Every Size® perspective, celebrating the natural diversity of the human body and mind.

 

With a combination of empathetic listening, years of clinical experience, and a passion for research, Jamie provides personalized nutrition care and herbal medicine expertise in support of each of her client's unique mental and physical health goals.

Sword Fern Nutrition appreciates that every human is biochemically unique, influenced by factors such as genetics, dietary patterns, other humans, trauma, access to resources, and many others.
